1st Quarter: 25 FT, 20 layups using opposite hand finishes, 20 down screen pop outs with a quick dribble...............

2nd Quarter: 25 FT, 10 reverse Mikans, 20 Base line spin moves................
TOTAL 55 Shots
3rd Quarter: 25 FT, 10 in lane power dribble turn arounds, 20 around the world 3's with a settle dribble....................
TOTAL 55 Shots
4th Quarter: 25 Free Throws, 50 Olympic shooting with one-two-three dribbles............
TOTAL 75 Shots
TOTAL SHOTS: 250
Try to get there on time so we can scrimmage at the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I've noticed is the mental aspect of the free throws. If I'm just shooting, great. If I think about my count, or worry if it's getting crowded because there are people around the three hoops, it can be hard to get the rhythm back.
