WARMUP: Dana Barros Warmup (5 in front of rim, after shooting take a long step backwards, take 5 more, step back, 5, 5, 5, and 5)
TOTAL: 30 Shots
1st QUARTER: 25 FT, 20 "Funky" Layups (you create these...ex: double pump, and 1's, etc), 20 wing jumpers with a settle dribble
TOTAL: 65 Shots
2nd QUARTER: 25 FT, 20 post moves (back to basket), Timberwolf 40 (10 from 4 spots)
TOTAL: 85 Shots
3rd QUARTER: 25 FT, 20 Flash cuts into the lane (shoot-leave-flash again-10 from each side), 25 around the world 3's (5x5, group)
TOTAL: 70 shots
4th QUARTER: 25 FT, Olympic 50
TOTAL: 75 Shots
TOTAL SHOTS: 325
